Based in South Korea, Wookjae Jin is an of counsel experienced in Corporate Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property and Trade Secrets (Trials and Advisory).

He majored law in Sung Kyun Kwan University, Seoul, Korea. After he passed the Korean bar exam, he graduated from the Judicial Training Institute 28th cohort. Wookjae Jin obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York. He also serves as a litigation attorney for Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation Bankruptcy Foundation, legal advisor for Korea Commercial Software Association, and Korea Integrated Logistics Association. He is the legal advisor for the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the chairman of the Seoul Dongjak-gu Public Service Ethics Committee. He is admitted to practice law in South Korea and the state of New York.
